Invoicing and reporting is a key challenge to facility management companies. These companies can add the locations of their customers into the GPS-Buddy system and then run reports to check how many times the client was visited. This information can then be used for invoicing.
The dispatcher knows, at all times, the current status of each vehicle. If there is an emergency, they can find the nearest vehicle and navigate this to the customer.
Because GPS-Buddy tracks when vehicles are used, the fleet manager receives an email or SMS whenever there is inappropriate use of a vehicle (weekends/after hours). |
