The GPS-Buddy PRO - a compact GPS/GPRS unit placed inside trucks, lorries and vans - provides each minute real time vehicle location and information. Combined with additional sensors or Garmin navigators the GPS-Buddy PRO offers a wide choice of options to suit every vehicle requirement.
Real time
The GSM/GPRS-module in the GPS-Buddy PRO device makes it possible to transfer actual vehicle positions, speed- and km-readings and other vehicle information to the GPS-Buddy service centre.
GPRS
Vehicle data are transmitted via GPRS easily. With Europe-wide coverage, the main telecom operators provide low-cost services in each country. If GPRS is not available, the data will be stored and transmitted when GPRS is available again.
