Customer Support Officer 

Your morning starts with an overview of customer requests, response time and customer experience. Based on this, you think about how to support the customer even better. For this, you need your colleagues in the field - the field engineers - and you maintain contact with the customer. You regularly have a good conversation with the field engineers about the developments, possibilities and experiences of GPS-Buddy's services. After a pleasant lunch with your colleagues, you roll up your sleeves once more. You want to know how best to train customers for the latest possibilities. And if that leads to new commercial opportunities, you will be the first to cash in on them. You end your week with drinks with those same colleagues at the new office.

GPS-Buddy is a pioneer in Fleet & Asset Management solutions, founded in 2003 and grown into an internationally operating organisation. With a team of some 50 people and a flexible pool of professionals around them, we serve more than 2,000 companies in Transport & Logistics, Construction & Infra and Installation. Altogether, more than 52,000 vehicles and assets are now equipped with our systems, and with your help many more will be. We develop all hardware, firmware and software in-house.
