As a customer support executive, you pay close attention to the customer and their needs. From answering support questions to transferring technical knowledge about GPS-Buddy's solutions: you know how to assist customers in the best possible way. In doing so, you make a valuable contribution to the customer experience. You ensure that customers can optimally use our services and keep the customer at the center of everything you do. (Partly) thanks to you, customers keep coming back to GPS-Buddy.
GPS-Buddy is a pioneer in Fleet & Asset Management solutions, founded in 2003 and grown into an internationally operating organisation. With a team of some 50 people and a flexible pool of professionals around them, we serve more than 2,000 companies in Transport & Logistics, Construction & Infra and Installation. Altogether, more than 52,000 vehicles and assets are now equipped with our systems, and with your help many more will be. We develop all hardware, firmware and software in-house. We do the implementation ourselves, as well as the onboarding. This gives us the freedom to deliver the most innovative IoT solutions that customers really need. We aim to expand our organisational structure with short and direct lines of communication. To achieve this, we want to make strides when it comes to optimising internal business processes and strive for First Time Right! And in this way to solve a customer question together in one go.
Your morning starts by reviewing customer requests, response times, and callback requests. Based on this, you consider how you can better support the customer. To do this, you work closely with our field engineers while maintaining customer contact. The field engineers provide you with input on the developments, possibilities, and experiences of GPS-Buddy's services. After a pleasant lunch with your colleagues, you roll up your sleeves again. You want to figure out how to best inform the customer about the latest possibilities. And if that leads to new opportunities, you’re the first to capitalize on them. You end your week with a Friday afternoon drink.
