Technical lead

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Technical Lead at GPS-Buddy in Almere. The Technical Lead is responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of projects, providing technical guidance and leadership, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions. The role includes analyzing technical requirements, designing solutions, and implementing best practices.

This position requires regular travel to our R&D team in Milan, Italy.

• Experience in software development, system design, and architecture
• Proficiency in programming languages such as PostgreSQL, Kafka, .NET
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience with database management and cloud technologies
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Project management experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
