Transport in accordance with hygiene code-requirements
Monitor the quality of temperature-sensitive goods, such as food stuffs, medication or flowers, with active temperature monitoring and real-time registration of the temperature progression. For these goods it is essential to demonstrably guarantee the quality during transport. GPS-Buddy offers a temperature management solution that this can be realised with. By making use of smart algorithms, even the core temperature upon delivery can be meticulously determined, without damaging the goods.
Specifically developed wireless RF-temperature sensors for load compartments of cooling and freezer lorries or trailers meticulously register the temperature of the goods. Using GPS-Buddy you can remotely monitor the temperature and easily share the data with the client, upon delivery
Both within the web portal and via the Driver app, the exact temperature progression of the load compartment can be tracked. All data is registered automatically and if desired, processed directly in a report for the client, in conformity with hygiene code requirements.
A maximum temperature can be entered manually per load. In case this is exceeded, the driver will promptly receive an alarm. A notification is also generated if the load compartment has not been closed properly. This way, loss of the load is minimised.
On the basis of a number of parameters with regard to the product and the conditions in which they are being transported, an algorithm will calculate the progression of the temperature in the core of the product. Measurements are accurate and immediately available for reporting to the client, upon delivery.
