These questions can be answered easily if equipment without own power supply is fitted with asset tags that make use of RFID-technology. You will always know where to find the different assets, so they can simply be scheduled by order and will be quickly deployable. This allows for the invoicing to be handled automatically and faultlessly, while maintenance can be managed smartly.

All assets are monitored online and are visible in one central management environment. This can be combined with the data of all vehicles within the company into one IoT-network. This will create a total image of all business properties, control is possible remotely and loss is prevented. This all results in a huge saving of time, effort and most of all: costs.
LOCATION AND ROUTE BY RADIO FREQUENCY
The tags feature Radio Frequency Identification (RFID). The advantage of this is that, unlike bluetooth, they are more reliable and have a long range of up to 1,500 metres. The RFID Tag emits a signal at different intervals and signal strength, automatically communicating with the nearest XT4. This is placed in a building, work shed, or in vehicle of the organisation. The XT4 acts as a gateway for up to 250 tags and transmits the information to the platform, so the location and route are always visible via the browser or app.
