The integration of the Timesheet-module of GPS-Buddy, with Payhours NG, makes the compensation of employees easier than ever. The module is suitable for companies with 10 to 1,500 vehicles in transport, environmental processing, construction, removal firms, couriers and production-/trade companies with an own transport department.

It is automatically standardised and improved on the basis of length of time of an activity, location where work activities were performed, station corrections, break corrections on the basis of accompanying info in question paths.

The simply digital registration of activities and net hours spent per order ensures a conclusive administration. By assessing the net hours against the hours planned, the possibility of pre- and post-calculation per order arises. A clear insight in the travel time of the employee and the number of hours attended at a client, will ensure swift and faultless invoicing to the client.
PLANNING FOR ABSENCE
