Flowter shows the location and use of assets in real time, from heavy machinery to small tools, with or without their own power supply. With cargo assets, it is also possible to see which vehicle carries which equipment. This prevents searching, downtime and loss.

The vehicle tracking system by GPS-Buddy provides visibility into the current location of every vehicle, in real time, along with the complete route history. This makes what actually happens on the road visible: the detours, waiting times and standstills that often remain hidden on paper. That forms the basis for steering on the actual situation.

The trailer tracking system by GPS-Buddy shows in real time where each trailer is located and how it is used. Additional values such as axle load, weight, odometer reading and tyre pressure are also available. Truck and trailer are automatically linked in Flowter, so it is always clear which combination has driven which trip. This prevents loss and unnecessary standstill, along with the associated costs.

The trip registration by GPS-Buddy automatically records every trip without manual input, categorised as business, private and home-to-work travel. This keeps the trip administration of the entire fleet complete at all times. The system is certified with the Keurmerk RitRegistratieSystemen (Trip Registration Systems Quality Mark), which means the records can be submitted directly to the Belastingdienst (Dutch Tax Administration).

Flowter automatically calculates CO2, NOx and NH3 per project location and period, based on actual operating hours. This makes substantiated emissions figures directly available for tenders, permits and clients. The emissions and reporting methodology has been independently assessed within an ISAE 3000 assurance engagement, carried out by TÜV NORD Nederland and partner Diggle BV.

Driver Intelligence provides insight into driving performance through dashboards in Flowter. CAN-bus data, GPS and G-sensor data are combined through smart algorithms into one reliable driving profile, fully adaptable to the specific operation. Drivers see their own driving performance and where improvement is possible. This offers a concrete starting point to jointly steer on lower fuel costs, less wear, better maintenance and a safer fleet.

Transport planning by GPS-Buddy links the trips and stops planned in advance in Flowter to the actual execution per trip. During execution, the system provides the current overview needed to adjust where required. This means more efficient driving, more reliable delivery and daily visibility into what can be improved.

Tachograph management fully automates the reading and storage of tachograph data. The vehicle's mass memory and the driver card are read remotely and stored securely, as required by law. This takes care of the download obligation, makes driving and rest times visible, and keeps the files directly available for inspection.

Temperature and humidity sensors by GPS-Buddy continuously measure conditions during the transport of pharmaceutical products, food and other temperature-sensitive goods. Deviations outside the set margin are reported immediately, allowing action before goods are damaged or rejected. The registration also provides the substantiation needed to meet legal requirements such as HACCP and GDP.

Flowter records the hours of drivers, along with trips, tasks and packaging materials. Through the connection with Payhours NG, bonuses and allowances are automatically calculated based on this hours registration.

The Driver App by GPS-Buddy provides direct contact between driver, field staff and office. A task can also be added while on the road, by the planner or the driver. Packaging and time registration are arranged within the same app.

The Check in at Work solution by GPS-Buddy continuously tracks which employees are present, how much working time is accumulated and how staff are distributed across projects. This provides guidance for planning and managing work.

Maintenance and inspection management by GPS-Buddy signals when a vehicle or machine is due for maintenance or inspection. Flowter collects the data of the entire fleet of equipment for this purpose and combines it into one overview. This keeps safety, reliability and compliance in the vehicle and equipment fleet secured.
