What exactly does the Driver App record?
Trips, tasks, packaging, digital job sheets (with photos and signature), truck navigation, I/O sensor status, and temperature data are all centrally logged via the app.
How can I automatically calculate hours and CLA premiums?
App actions (trips, stops, tasks) are automatically recognized as travel or work hours. Location and break corrections are applied, and CLA adjustments like irregular hours bonuses are calculated through Payhours NG.
Can I link hours to projects or customers?
Yes. Hours can be easily linked to specific projects, customer sites or tasks. Ideal for post-calculations, internal billing or invoicing based on actual hours worked.
How does the integration with Payhours NG work?
Hours and expenses are automatically exported to Payhours NG. Payslips, premiums and costs are directly imported – including employees, vehicles, benefits and CLA rules.
Can employees track their own hours?
Yes. Employees can clock in/out, start tasks, or add notes via the GPS-Buddy app. The data is automatically saved and synced with the central system – including time and location.
