SOFTWARE PLANNING FOR THE PLANNER
The planner works with a digital scheduling board that orders can easily be shifted on. Subsequently, the software will calculate the most optimal route per vehicle. With the import module, you can easily forward the planning to the Driver app. With a push of the button you can simply inform all your clients about the expected time of arrival.
DRIVER APPLICATION FOR THE DRIVER
The driver makes use of a mobile application: the Driver app. This shows a comprehensible overview of the journey assignments. From the journey assignments list, he or she can easily navigate, with a broad choice navigation software, such as Google, Waze, Sygic Truck navigation or HERE Truck navigation. After delivery of the goods, the driver can use the Driver app to easily gather a digital signature and register the packaging. It is even possible to create question paths for the driver.
DIGITAL DELIVERY NOTE
The digital delivery note is a must for any company with mobile (service)employees. This module assists the field service with relevant information with respect to the activities to be performed. The details of the transport visit, such as materials used and the length of time, are registered and processed on site. This way, all employees, both in the office and on the road, will have up-to-date information.
