After more than 20 years as the driving force behind GPS-Buddy’s commercial growth, Desmond van Kooten is handing over the role of Chief Commercial Officer to Jonathan Maduro. A significant milestone in our journey – and a step that positions us for the next phase of growth.

Fortunately, Desmond will remain closely involved with GPS-Buddy. In his new role, he will focus on international expansion, an area where his experience, entrepreneurial spirit, and network are invaluable.

Looking ahead, Jonathan is taking over the role of Chief Commercial Officer for the Benelux. Jonathan brings a wealth of experience from the SaaS and technology sectors, having led commercial teams at several scale-ups. His mission is clear: optimize our Go-to-Market strategy, implement our Hardware as a Service proposition and improve internal processes and collaboration. With his fresh perspective, energy, and expertise, he is perfectly aligned with the phase GPS-Buddy is in today.
